What works best for you? That's the starting point for every conversation we have with you about your service needs.
RedSky has sole-source responsibility for managing the service process for you. We work to be as flexible as you need us to be. So, if your own service shop can handle warranty repairs, we'll work it out. If you have a local service center that does great work, we'll work with them. If you want us to come to you, we'll work it out. If you just want to make one call and have it handled, we'll handle it.
Our service partner is Inland Kenworth, one of the premier truck service facilities in Arizona to bring you top-notch and responsive service and repair. They have EVT certfiied technicians, heavy drive train experts, and mechanics on staff. 38 service bays. Full on-site body repair and paint facilities. And an enthusiasm to help fire departments get their rigs fixed and back in service. Inland's Phoenix location is:

That's our service philosophy. We're not interested in "sole source" parts procurement, or making you drive three hours to our shop, just because that happens to be where our building is. Instead we manage the service process, so it works for you.
Let's face it, you want your truck fixed fast and fixed right. And you'd like a decent price on parts. That's not too much to ask,and it's one of the reasons we've partnered with the Custom Fire, Marque Ambulance, LTi and American LaFrance, and US Tanker. They, like us, want to ensure that your parts supply and service are convenient, fast and affordable.
